Your family matters to you, and time with the people you love is precious. At H. O. Wolding, we understand. You need to be able to support your family, but you need to find a balance between earning a decent income and being able to spend time at home. CDL truck driving jobs can offer you a well-paying and flexible solution.
Safety First
At H. O. Wolding our drivers are more than just numbers and we put a priority on making sure that we hold ourselves and our drivers to the highest safety standards. We are committed to ensuring our drivers are properly trained, our vehicles are properly equipped, and that safe driving practices are rewarded. Our CDL truck driving jobs offer supportive systems including on-going training, mandatory reviews, performance-based rewards, and even sleep management opportunities. Drivers who maintain a 5-year safety record can even earn a full extra paid vacation week.
Competitive Compensation
Our pay structure is based on “Practical Miles” rather than traditional short or HHG mileage. This means simply that our drivers earn approximately 5% more miles yearly. We have a $2,000.00 hiring bonus for both novice and experienced drivers, make available rate increases for new drivers three times in their first year, and are proud to be recognized for the nation’s best tuition-reimbursement program (up to $10,000.00 in total). We believe if you want to hire the best you have to compensate them well. We also offer multiple bonus opportunities and reward experienced drivers with additional benefits as well.
Non-Monetary Benefits
Paychecks are just the start of the benefits available to those working in CDL truck driving jobs for H. O. Wolding. With a choice of health care plans that include minimal waiting periods (30 days for experienced new hires, 60 days for brand new drivers), dental plans, and company-provided life and short-term disability insurance, we provide you with a comprehensive array of benefits and options to help provide you with financial stability. We also work with individual drivers to maximize their satisfaction in meeting their home time needs. New drivers are assigned a Driver Manager who helps mentor and guide them.
